Architect, urban planner, researcher holding a PhD on Urban Regeneration & Economic Development with a thesis on "Generative programs for urban regeneration in historical settlements. Deriving lessons from the traditional building system in Calabria, Italy".
- Interested in strategies and processes for urban development, urban regeneration, social innovation applied to urbanism.
- I studied in Italy (Rome), UK (London and Glasgow), and USA (Boston).
- Member of the town planning commission for the order of architects of Cosenza, Member of the National Urban Planning Institute.
CEO and cofounder at AUREA TECH srls an architecture and engineering firm, member of the International Society of Biourbanism with which collaborated on the Progetto Artena, a strategic design project for the revival of the medieval historic centre of Artena, (Rome).
Since 2019 I am assistant professor for the IUAV University of Venice on the research project about historical centres in the Savuto valley (ITA).
Editorial Assistant for Urban Design International scientific journal 2019-2021.
Co-founder of Belmonte In Rete, a bottom-up social initiative that aims to foster sustainable development in the Belmonte Calabro village (Calabria, Italy).
